In August 2013, iDAP (Inspiring Dynamic Administrative Professionals), was created by Mrs. Ramona Sobers. It was established to provide for the personal and professional development of Fairfield County School District's office support staff. Under the leadership of the late Ms. Ann Moore and Area Director, Mrs. Kimmetta Tidwell-Turner the District's educational office professionals, in coordination with iDAP, began to seek professional development training opportunities through the SC Association of Educational Office Professionals (SCAEOP). In the Fall of 2015, office professionals Mrs. Kimmetta Tidwell-Turner, Mrs. Paula Rosenberger and Ms. Gervonder Brown, met and agreed on re-establishing the Fairfield County affiliate through the SC Association of Educational Office Professionals. With the support and encouragement of Superintendent of Schools, Dr. J.R. Green and the Fairfield County School District's Board of Trustees the Fairfield County affiliate was reestablished and had over 90% of its membership attend SCAEOP's annual conference in the Spring of 2016.
